The People Behind Flames
"Flames is a brand that embodies mood, occasion, self-expression, and personal style. It serves as my creative outlet, allowing me to be myself and express who I am. The brand is meant to bring people together—my friends, myself, and others—through shared experiences that are enhanced by the clothes, mini collections, and the brand as a whole. The clothing is an extension of my aesthetic and vision, shaping the mood I want to create. I craft an atmosphere through the clothes, thoughtfully considering the occasions they’re worn for and celebrating how they resonate differently with each person."
Logistics Director : Rafael Schincariol
"At Flames Atelier, we aim to go beyond just creating clothing; it's about embodying a lifestyle, mood, and personal expression. Flames stands for authentic style and creative freedom, celebrating individuality and the shared experiences that come with it. Our thoughtfully designed collections encourage wearers to express their unique identities while building connections within their communities. Wearing Flames is about embracing both personal discovery and meaningful moments with those who matter most.
As a student at Smith School of Business, I bring the strategic mindset and business acumen that help drive the logistics behind the brand, ensuring that Logan’s vision for Flames is brought to life. Flames is rooted in family, friendship, and authenticity—creating an environment where individuality shines and lasting memories are made. Flames isn't about chasing trends; it's about letting your personal style speak for itself."
Visual Curator : Emma Walton
"At Flames Atelier, I drive the visual identity by bringing my eight years of experience in the modeling industry and my keen eye for aesthetics. My expertise in fashion, along with my role as the founder of ETERIESE—a jewelry brand that offers quality, unique street-style pieces at a fraction of the price—allows me to craft a look for Flames that’s both bold and authentic. My vision is to elevate individual style while ensuring that every detail of our collections connects with the lifestyle and experiences that define our brand.
With a deep understanding of fashion and design, I work to ensure that Flames captures a distinct mood, blending street style with an unapologetically personal touch. My commitment to creativity, shaped by my background in both the fashion and jewelry worlds, influences how our collections not only stand out but also resonate with wearers in their everyday lives."
Marketing Director : Aryan Ahluwalia
"As the marketing director for Flames Atelier, I bring both my passion for entrepreneurship and my experience in brand engagement to the table. Currently a student at the Smith School of Business and the Student Engagement Director for The Queen’s Entrepreneurship and Innovation Committee, I’ve had the opportunity to develop strategic marketing campaigns and foster meaningful connections. My involvement in running the Project Red Charity Fashion Show in Kingston, Ontario has also allowed me to combine my love for fashion with a purpose-driven approach to marketing.
At Flames, I’m not just focused on traditional marketing; I’m committed to disrupting the fashion industry. My aim is to build a brand that challenges the norm, using bold, unconventional strategies that break through the noise. Whether it’s viral campaigns, street-level activations, or unexpected collaborations, I’m constantly looking for ways to capture attention and redefine how fashion brands connect with their audience. Flames isn’t just about clothing—it’s about creating a movement, and I’m here to ignite it."
